Absinthe Wormwood Bitters

For cocktails and long drinks I usually use the classic Angostura bitters. When Alandia now came out with an absinthe bitter product, I was of course curious as an absinthe fan.
I had expected a rather bitter wormwood extract and then found quite surprised that the Wormwood Bitter is actually anything but. I tried it neat and actually it is a very balanced absinthe extract with rather herbaceous note, with which you can refine wonderful drinks.
Of course, the wormwood is in the foreground, but remains pleasantly balanced in taste with a very tasty absinthe flavor. That is, you do not have to be totally careful when dosing, also the alcohol note is very soft and well rounded. The dosage itself goes thereby with the high-quality pipette very easy and accurate. Great addition to my home bar.
