Description
Christoph Keller, the master-distiller of the famous Monkey 47 Gin, has distilled his first Absinthe: Absinthe Traditionelle du Lac de Constance, nickname “Keller et Fils”. The pictorial distillery "Staehlemuehle", where all his products are made, is close to the lake Constance, this explains the name of the Absinthe. Christoph Keller put all his knowledge and passion into the creation of this ultra-premium Absinthe. The recipe of his Absinthe is traditional, no experiments on this side. But the herbs are all grown in th distillery´s garden. This guarantees premium quality, as the cultivation is permanently supervised by the master himself. The result is an outstanding Absinthe with a very deep herbal aroma and notes of tobacco. If you want to know more about the Staehlemuehle, have a look at the fantastic video.
