Creme de Cacao Chocolate Liqueur

Creme de Cacao is a cacao liqueur from the French Combier distillery. Its creamy flavor is knocking the drinker’s socks off in its depth of combination of vanilla and chocolate. Creme de Cacao leaves its mark on whatever cocktail you pour it into. Our favorite is the "Espresso Martini" and ""Grasshopper". But you can also sip this creamy liqueur on ice, with a cup of coffee or warm milk. The nose alone, smelling like nothing more than chocolate and vanilla, will tempt your senses. Creme de Cacao is definitely something to enjoy...

"Espresso Martini" cocktail recipe with Creme de Cacao

> 2-3 Ice cubes
> 4 cl Vodka
> 3 cl Creme de Cacao (better than coffee liqueur)
> 3 cl Espresso
> 0.5 cl Sugar Syrup
> 3 Espresso beans

Fill a martini glass with ice cubes in advance to keep the drink cool later. Then place three ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, crème de cacao, espresso and the sugar syrup. Shake everything together vigorously in the shaker for around 15–20 seconds to create the characteristic, fine-pored foam. Then remove the ice cubes from the martini glass. Pour the cocktail through a sieve into the martini glass. Finally, garnish the espresso martini with three espresso beans to make it look particularly cool - cheers!

Grasshopper cocktail recipe with Creme de Cacao

> 1 part Creme de Cacao
> 1 part Cream
> 1 splash Absinthe (only a bit)

Put everything in a shaker with lots of ice, shake, pour in glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
