Copper Jigger stainless steel

Jiggers are arguably the most essential tool on the bar! They are functional, as they give precise measurements for your drinks, but also emotional, as they spread this very special professional style. This premium copper jigger made by ALANDIA Barware is constructed out of stainless steel for a nice weight and long life, and has a copper plated finish for a shiny and stylish appearance. Every jigger has as well a 1 / 2 fl.oz etching on the side, helping you to regulate the strength of your Gin Tonic (oz markings are in the inside). Finally, we have some care instructions for you: Always wash the barware by hand, never put it into the dishwasher, the salts could harm the plating. Also, directly towel it afterward, otherwise copper can oxydase and tarnish. This is a natural process, so no need to worry. But if you prefer a shiny appearance, you should follow the care instructions. In case your barware once tarnishes, you still can clean it with a paste of vinegar and salt or some lemon juice. But we recommend following the care instructions from the beginning on, then you will get rewarded by a lifetime glittering shine!

The perfect drink for the Copper Jiggers

Moscow Mules are traditionally served with copper barware. For the drink you need Vodka (or Gin), Ginger Beer, cucumber, lime and ice cubes. Place 1-2 XXL ice cubes (or 4 regular size) in the copper mug. Add 30 ml Vodka (or Gin if you want to make a Gin Mule) and the lime juice (approx. 1.01 fl. oz). Stir and then fill the mug with ginger beer. Garnish the drink with 1–2 slices of cucumber.
