White Absinthe, which brand should I buy?
The selection of crystal-clear Absinthe is not as diverse in comparison to green Absinthe. You can say the so called "Blanches" are more of a niche category; people simply associate "green" with Absinthe. Nevertheless, they are worth to try. Our favorite from the white category is Eichelberger Brute 80. It is an almost undiluted Absinthe straight from the alembic. This is the explanation for its very flowerish, rich aroma. A definite recommendation from our side.
