Which white Absinthe brand should I buy?
The selection of crystal-clear Absinthe is not as diverse in comparison to green Absinthe. You can say the so called "Blanches" are more of a niche category; people simply associate "green" with Absinthe. Nevertheless, they are worth to try, because they are very smooth in flavor.
