Wormwood essences that are included in the set 

ALANDIA Wormwood Bitters are “strong and natural”. This means that the flavor is intensely wormwoody and the ingredients are 100% natural. No artificial flavors, preservatives, sugars or colors are used. They are made from (1.) a wormwood distillate, plus (2.) wormwood macerate and (3.) a little wormwood oil. The Bitters are ideal for refining your Absinthe or adding a delicious wormwood note to other drinks (cocktails).

The herbal bitter Thujon 33 has a Christmas flavor, which is due to the use of cloves in the macerate. The bitter is also 100% natural. You can use Thujon 33 in addition to the classic Absinthe ritual with water and sugar. To do this, add 5–10 drops to the sugar cube and then prepare your Absinthe as usual. You can also drink Thujon 33 neat or mixed as a long drink (e.g. with cola).
