Absinthe Scene in Get him to the Greek

The brand-new movie Get him to the Greek shows an Absinthe scene with Puff Daddy as a psychedelic vision. It’s funny, but of course concentrates on the “false” drug like experience of Absinthe. Check it out, at least we laughed when we saw Puff Daddy eating his own head..!

Absinthe Scene: Get him to the Greek

“Get Him to the Greek” is a 2010 comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller. It serves as a spin-off and spiritual sequel to the 2008 film “Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” also directed by Stoller. The movie stars Russell Brand, Jonah Hill, and Rose Byrne in lead roles.

The story follows Aaron Green (played by Jonah Hill), a low-level record company executive who is tasked with the seemingly impossible mission of escorting out-of-control British rock star Aldous Snow (played by Russell Brand) from London to Los Angeles for a comeback concert at the Greek Theatre.

Aldous Snow, who was previously introduced as a character in “Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” is a flamboyant and hedonistic musician whose career has taken a downturn due to personal and professional setbacks. Despite Aaron’s initial excitement at the opportunity to work with his idol, he quickly realizes that Aldous is unpredictable, unreliable, and prone to indulging in drugs, alcohol, and promiscuity.

As Aaron and Aldous embark on their wild and chaotic journey across continents, they encounter a series of misadventures and obstacles, including run-ins with Aldous’s ex-girlfriend Jackie Q (played by Rose Byrne), clashes with Aaron’s overbearing boss Sergio Roma (played by Sean Combs), and various escapades involving drugs, partying, and reckless behavior.

Throughout the course of their journey, Aaron and Aldous form an unlikely bond as they confront their personal demons and come to terms with their own insecurities and vulnerabilities. Despite the chaos and mayhem that ensue, Aaron remains determined to fulfill his mission and get Aldous to the Greek Theatre on time for his highly anticipated concert.

“Get Him to the Greek” is a raunchy and irreverent comedy that offers a mix of outrageous humor, sharp wit, and heartfelt moments. It explores themes of fame, friendship, and the price of success in the entertainment industry while delivering a wildly entertaining and laugh-out-loud funny ride from start to finish.
