Description
This old bottle of Leon Duval Absinthe is from the pre-ban era (before 1915). Unfortunately it is empty, but the labels are in perfect condition. Full Leon Duval Absinthe bottles have never been found. In fact, only little is known about this brand. From the labels you can derive that it was distilled in Switzerland and one can assume that Leon Duval was a relative of Mr. Fritz Duval from Couvet, Switzerland. The Duval distillery was even back in the days one of the oldest distilleries in existence. Their business was established in 1798.
