And if you are looking for a great price, then Lasala is the best choice. You get a big 1 liter bottle! This is my favorite Spanish Absenta when compared to the Montana or the Deva. Its a great value and I try and always keep a bottle handy. It is like a less sophisticated Francoise Guy which which is saying a lot about how good it actually is. If you want to make the shipping charges more reasonable, add one of these to your order. Share this with those who can\'t appreciate a top line absinthe, or to make comparisons within your collection.

Not too bad, but not amazing either. Definitely good value for a daily Absinthe.

This was my first experience with Absinthe and I must say it was quite enjoyable. It's a pale yellow color (almost clear) and smells strongly of anise. It louches nicely and is quite sweet (I used the French method with one sugar cube). Because of its lower alcohol content it's much easier to enjoy and I was able to fully enjoy the clear headed, "green fairy" experience without getting too drunk. I only rated it as a three because I'm quite sure that there are better brands available but as a starter absinthe I believe it's very nice, plus who can beat the large bottle and great price?!

This was the first legit Absinthe I ever had, and it is quite good for the price. Alcohol content is not what makes a quality Absinthe. It was a pale yellow-green, very earthy...I liked that. With just a little sugar and a couple parts water, it goes down very smooth, and leaves that oh-so-fun antisceptic tingle on the tongue. Mildly sweet, without and overpowering Anise presence. Still, it louches to nearly white. Fun to watch.
I gave it a rating of three stars, because while great for the price, there are, naturally, other brands more suited to individual tastes. However, if you are looking to have a go at Absinthe on a budget, this one is hard to beat.

Very good, a nice palatable, natural flavor. It has a pleasnet, spicy balance that glides through your mouth, leaving a unique bite on the back of your tongue. Besides, you can't argue with the price.
