Absinthe Fleur d´Absinthe is a French Absinthe made by Devoille. It has a wormwood sprig in the bottle. This makes this Absinthe primarily special. In comparison to other French Absinthes, Fleur d´Absinthe´s recipe uses more fennel, as this Absinthe was created after the legal fenchone level was elevated in France in 2010. This makes this Absinthe secondarily special. Overall we can recommend this Absinthe, if you are looking for a fresh and novel Absinthe taste, appreciate a slight bitterness and like the idea of a sprig in the bottle! Drink it wait one or two sugar cubes and the bitterness is softened.
