This is very much an acquired taste and I have acquired it. My first glass tasted very harsh, however after my third (not in the same sitting) it has grown on me. I prefer 2 sugars and bit more water than with other absinthes becase it is a bit bitte..

This was my first taste of absinthe and i have to say im in hooked. first glass i drunk i didint like it very much, it tastes little too much of anise and was very bitter but after couple of more glass the taste come much better and i realy like this..
