This Absinthe has a complex out of the ordinary aroma. Nouvelle Vague is French and means "New Wave". The Absinthe recipe is based on traditional herbs like wormwood, fennel and anise but is enhanced with aromas of coffee and cacao, creating a truly unique and innovative Absinthe drinking experience. We recommend to dilute Absinthe Nouvelle Vague with ice-cold water in a ratio of 1 part Absinthe to 2 to 4 parts water plus one sugar cube. Then Absinthe Nouvelle Vague creates a delicious silky mouthfeel.

The coffee scent may be a little too much in the scent, but it merges perfectly when tasting. Traditional absinthe with a strong wormwood character, enhanced with only a touch of coffee and barely distinguishable cocoa. Still not recommended for coffee haters.
