It was love at first taste! It's bursting with flavor, not too strong nor bitter, and goes down smooth! I can describe it as perfectly "balanced" in all aspects. I'm very impressed! 5 stars all the way!!!

Alandia has another winner here! The aroma is spicey with a hint of fruit, due, I think, to the wine alcohol base. The color is a beautiful golden-green and the louche is very thick and fast forming. The flavor is wonderful. It's bold, robust, full-bodied and intensely herbal. I usually drink my absinthe at a 4:1 ratio, but due to the extremely complex herbal bill I like this one at 5:1. And that makes the bottle go a little further :). I know Alandia has been working on this for quite some time and I've got to say that it's worth the wait!

This is an impressive absinthe. The anise is VERY prominent, the louche is a wonderful creamy pearlescent color (it almost completely blocks light, it's so thick), and it has a slightly sweet flavour. This is the first absinthe I don't need to use sugar with. The only drawback is that, not needing sugar, I can't naturally add that tiny bit of caramel taste I enjoy. Otherwise, this is a PERFECT absinthe for beginners (easy to prepare) and experts (nicely rounded). Well done!

well well well, it seems that I'm the first one who review this Absinthe, I like it a lot! It's a half way between Maison Alandia and the Suisse Verte Clandestine, Very nice and enjoyable flavor, the louche is very creamy, when you start drinking is really hard to stop, will be nice a 0,7 or 1 liter version, thats why It gets 4 stars instead 5, now, I must drink it with a dropper :-( Yum! Yum!
