Absinthe Review: Gin Monkey 47
In my opinion, Monkey 47 Gin is one of the best gins on the market. Normally I drink Tanqueray No 10, I like the juniper loaded flavor. Monkey 47, I assume as it is distilled with 47 herbs, has a multifacted taste profile. Grapefruit flavors are present with a peppery note. Mixed with your favorite Tonic Water it has a flowerish, very unique aroma. Overall this Gin is a nice variation when you normally drink the more \"classic\" gins.

This is the overproof version of Geranium Gin. 55% is the perfect alcohol strength to add more weight and enhance the pleasantness of the botanicals, still retaining the smooth and well-balanced impression that signifies Geranium Gin.
To be or not to be, probably the most famous quote of the play Hamlet expresses what Absinthe Hamlet Hardcore stands for: An Absinthe with the merciless alcohol degree of 80% combined with the inspiring virtues of the wormwood plant.
