Berthe de Joux is the new Absinthe from the Emile Pernot distillery, located in France. It has a very flowerish, perfume like taste and reminds us of Absinthe Roquette, which is as well an Absinthe from Emile Pernot. A licorice taste is not very present, the notes are more subtle.
