It has a very fresh and crisp taste. 15 herbs are used for distillation. The producers recommend to try this Absinthe as well the "cucumber" way. This is an excellent La Bleue/blanche. It's not quite as sweet or as floral as other La Bleues. It has a fresh, clean, crisp flavor. I'll be getting more of this one!
