Another nice Absinthe brouilleur that works the opposite way. Which means you fill the Absinthe glass with water, then you place the brouilleur on top and fill the cup with Absinthe. The Absinthe then flows directly in a sharp stream into the Absinthe glass and creates a beautiful swirly louche.

NOTE: The Absinthe Brouilleurs are silver plated, therefore they can tarnish. You can simply clean them with silver polish or - grandma´s secret - toothpaste.

Another really cool gizmo. I love the way the louche forms very quickly and kind of swirls around when it forms. The only thing is that you may end up with a layer of clear water at the bottom of the glass which necesitates stirring it up. It's great when used along with the two level brouilleur (see review above). Great, simple construction and beautiful silver plating.
