We are proud to present the Absinthe CD "Sanguinem Mittère" from the Belgian artist Michelange Hannecart. His dark-neoclassic, ambient tracks transmit the atmosphere of "rainy, foggy, melancholic" streets of 19th century Paris and will take you on a journey to the fabled era of Absinthe. The CD has in total 13 tracks, which are mostly instrumental and perfect to give your Heure Verte a matching auditory surrounding.

The cooperation with Michelange developed through the shared hobby "Absinthe". As an devoted Absintheur, Michelange ordered his Absinthe from ALANDIA. Through the years we got to know each other better and one day Michelange told us, that he is a musician. As soon as we listened to one of his compositions, the plan was born to produce an Absinthe CD together. After 1 year the tracks were composed and recorded. The results - compositions that capture the dark and mystical aura of the historical drink Absinthe - are now pressed on CD. Enjoy...

Excellent CD! Very moody and atmospheric. Put it on, turn off the lights and light a few candles, sip some absinthe, and you'll be transported back to the 1800's. The perfect music to drink absinthe by! I hope there will be another one.

Beautiful music - a perfect companion for your Heure Verte. Dark, melancholic, and romantic atmospheres with hints of curiosity and wonder.... Last night I found myself in the middle of the forest sitting against a tree with a glass of my favorite absinthe while listening to this CD - it sent me on an peaceful and inspiring journey. If you are the romantic type and like music you can get lost in then I highly recommend Sanguinem Mittere! Thanks ALANDIA! I can't wait to hear more from Michelange Hannecart! -T. Ross
