The recipe basis for this quality Absinthe is the same as for the other Duplais (Verte and Blanche) a formula from the well known book of P. Duplais from the 19th century. Worth mentioning is the pale green tint of thes Absinthe. The aroma really opens up when adding icecold water  – the delicate fragrance spreads around the room immediately.
