Review:
I dont care what anyone says about that thujone myth, THUJONE is TASTELESS, the "bitterness" you taste in absinthe is from the wormwood, NOT THUJONE. That being said this is a very good pastis, nice smooth flavor, decent louche, if you live in the U.S. and want something cheap and good when you dont have any absinthe check it out.

Thujone does play a role in Absinthe. Even if the quality of the product itself is a more noble and pure pursuit, its original recipe calls for wormwood. It does effect the taste and nature. If a product lacks some vital ingredient, it should call itself by another name.

This wasn't very good. I can't see myself buying it again.

Reminiscent of Deva, LaSala, Montana. Decent subsitute for Absinthe. Thujune is not what Absinthe is about, Disregard the Foolish statement above, they're just Newbie who has no clue that Herbsaint is a Pastis.

America always botches a European product. When you legislate morality, you doom it to failure. I don't understand why thujon is illegal here, or other things for that matter.
