This is one great Absinthe. I have tried others but I love the anise flavor. I enjoy pouring the absinthe over the sugar cubelighting the cube on fire. I extinguish the flame by dropping it into the glass then stir and drink. I perfer to leave the water out.

This green fairy is one of the best tasting absinthes I have tried. Licorice flavor dominates but thats a taste I enjoy. I recommend 1 shotglass full poured through a sugar cube with cold water washing through and melting the sugar cube into the cloudy drink. Add 1 ice cube and mmmmm.
