Absinthe Blanche
Blanches are crystalclear as they are the pure distillate wich runs out of the alembic. Blanches often have a very smooth taste as no further ingredients are added.
To give Absinthe République its premium quality and extra smooth taste it is three times distilled. The recipe is based on a traditional herbal composition, including green anise, fennel and of course wormwood. The special note is achieved through some extraordinary ingredients like gentian and thistle.
Eichelberger Blanche has less alcohol than the two Eichelberger Vertes. The taste is something unique, not comparable to a Suisse Blanche, in addition, the mouth feel is more herbal and the nose has less of the honey like smell that Suisse Absinthes are known for.
Jade Absinthe from Ted Breaux, the creator of Absinthe Lucid. Absinthe Jade Blanchette is a reproduction of the original Absinthe which was distilled around 1900 at the Combier distillery in France.
