Absinthe Verte

Absinthe Heritage Verte is distilled in France, according to traditional recipes. Its color is amber green, its louche intense and its taste creamy with a deep note of wormwood.

Absinthe Maison ALANDIA is distilled with 16 different herbs, including artemisia absinthium, pontica, green anise, veronica, angelica, fennel, vanilla and coriander. Besides the complexity of the Absinthe recipe, a strong focus was put into the process of distillation.

The epitome of authentic Absinthe: In reference to the fabled era Belle Époque this Absinthe is distilled after a classic composition of 12 herbs, including wormwood, green anise, fennel and calamus, reflecting the authenticity of the Absinthe heritage.

Welcome to the Moulin Vert! Absinthe Moulin Vert is distilled in France and has a vintage looking, dark green color. Its taste is substantially herbal, with notes of cognac and dark chocolate.

This is in our opinion the best Absinthe from the Jade Absinthe line from Ted Breaux. Jade Verte Suisse Absinthe has a very smooth taste, and the best green color in comparison to the other Jade Absinthes.

This Jade Absinthe claims to be a reproduction of the original Pernod Fils Absinthe from 1901. As this is hard to verify, our judgment focuses on the contemporary quality of this Absinthe. It is very good! 

This Jade Absinthe has a spicy note. It is the most extraordinary from the Jade Absinthe line.

This was the first Jade Absinthe that was launched by Ted Breaux. It is still an all time favorite.

This Absinthe is something very special. It is distilled with 26! herbs. This gives this Absinthe an extreme complexity. When you already have some experiences with detecting different herbs in Absinthes, you will especially enjoy this Verte.

This Absinthe was developed with the help of a distillers contest held by the German Absinthe Forum. Every Absintheur could send his "Hausgemachten" to a jury of experienced Absintheurs, and the winner was awarded with a distillation at the Eichelberger distillery.

Eichelberger is very special because only fresh (not dried) wormwood is used for the distallation. The result is a fresh and fruity taste.

The Verte 70 is smoother compared to the other Eichelberger Absinthes, but has a thicker louche.

In comparison to the normal Verte 70 this Absinthe is distilled with premium wine alcohol homemade by the distillery from German "Federweisser" from the region Unterfranken. This gives the Absinthe a fruity smack and a very creamy mouthfeel.

The recipe basis for this quality Absinthe is the same as for the other Duplais (Verte and Blanche) a formula from the well known book of P. Duplais from the 19th century.
