We are proud to present you this fine and rare bottle of vintage Pernod Fils Tarragona Absinthe. After the big burning of the Pernod distillery in Pontarlier in 1901, a second plant was built in Tarragona, Spain. Absinthe was never forbidden in Spain, therefore Pernod was able to keep up the production until the late 1960’s. The original French recipes were only slightly modified, therefore, the content of this bottle can give the answer to the big question: What did original Absinthe taste like...? The Absinthe bottle still has the original sealing and the labels are in perfect condition. Therefore it is an absolute collectors item. Even if you don´t decide to open the bottle, you have reserved yourself a unique piece of history. And bottles in such a good condition are definitely increasing in value. Original Absinthe is a very scarce good.
