Premium Absinthes can be further categorized by their color. Vertes with their typical green color, La Bleues with their blueish louche, and Blanches, the crystal clear Absinthe distillates.

AT this price point I can't find another absinthe I like more. This one becomes almost creamy once it has opened up in the water. Super smooth, so enjoyable. More and more I am digging the swiss bleue absinthes.
White louche and a fine herbal taste (anice first of all, then, probably but not sure: fennel, lemon balm ... I've to discover if there's chamomile). Though I prefer a more dark green absinthe, this is undoubtly a must have! You don't even notice its 72°.
FOUR stars just as to my actual taste, but try it!
I love the belle epoque label!
I find this a more refined absinthe, compared to the few ones I tasted before, though I begin to appreciate a more rough taste, this is undoubtly excellent! A bit slow to louche and a great green color.
We really love this absinthe. The Moulin Vert has a classic French look and taste and the bouquet truly satisfies the palette. Must try for folks seeking a traditional, Belle Epoque-era styled French absinthe.
Wow!! This was my first experience with absinthe, but it won't be my last. Great experience!! I will be ordering again....just don't know if I should get another bottle of Suisse La Bleue or try something different. Will probably do both and order 2 bottles next time!! Thank you Alandia!!!
