The Absinthe Nouvelle Vague tatstes quite interesting, you can really detect coffee. At first I found it a bit ”strange”, but when you like coffee, it is nice.

Champagne with a splash of Absinthe. We like to take a sugar cube, soak it with some drips of Absinthe and then put it into a glass of champagne. The champagne bubbles dissolve the sugar, it´s magic!
