Do you use
1. Plain old tap water?
2. Purified drinking water?
3. Distilled water?

I use purified drinking water as it has the chlorine and salts removed. This makes for a better flavor as the tap water in Arizona sucks. I don’t used distilled water as I feel that some of the minerals in water add to the flavor of absinthe.

Yep ! Like any other ingredient the better quality the better the taste. We always use purified water and Purified water ice cubes too!!

I use water from my own source here in my house, it is crystal pure and very cold and it taste very nice. I think a good mineral water is also very good to use

I use filtered tap water that is kept in the refrigerator.
